Training Services

Arbitration Pioneers believes in continuous training and development of our arbitrators.  Our arbitrators go through intensive training programs in both international and local dispute resolutions.  In addition to the legal contents of arbitral tribunal,

the art of drafting contracts in both English and Arabic, and in the development of personal skills.  These training programs are designed to meet the requirements of both international and Egyptian authorities.

Respect for all parties and for fellow arbitrators is the foundations of these training programs.  Arbitration Pioneers prides itself of its refined arbitrators who are experts in their specific fields.

The training center is open to all those seeking experience and specialization in the field of arbitration.   In addition to training individuals, Arbitration Pioneers also offers “Train the Trainer” programs for trainers and consultants.  We use state of the art training methods that can be carried out at training centers, private universities, as well as on sites of the contracting  parties.

This training center links arbitrators and provides a two-way communication between all those interested in the field of international arbitration, whether in Egypt, from neighboring Arab countries as well as foreign countries.

We provide distinctive training services in international arbitration of individuals or bodies or companies and universities within and outside of the Arab Republic Of Egypt through holding courses and sessions of the international arbitration in Arabic and English.  Arbitration Pioneers has already held several training courses on international control in different companies as well as at the University of Ain Shams.

The Center aims to disseminate the culture of international arbitration between the layers of society, especially among businessmen as a parallel road to the path of the ordinary judiciary.  Provisions fully binding the parties to the conflict could be implemented through the court just like regular sentences issued by the various courts to avoid the slow litigation procedures and to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the parties to the various conflicts.

The training center is available to the full team of experts in international arbitration who are bilingual in negotiating in both the Arabic and English languages. They are always on call to provide legal advisory services in the fields of domestic and international contracts and arbitration always focusing on the needs of their clients.
